John Termini, is the founder and CEO of Lafayette Investment Group (LIG). The company was founded in 2019. After graduating college John worked for 7 years at CBRE in Global Brokerage in New York City. He worked on over 400,000 sq ft of leasing and investment sales worth more than $100 million dollars. After leaving CBRE, he worked at Hillsong New York City where he oversaw contracts and real estate in more than 100 different venues and later helped the church expand its real estate portfolio on the east coast of America and throughout the states. Up until 2021 he served as the Head of Global Real Estate where he helped the church evaluate its portfolio and help it expand, mitigate risk and presented opportunity in multiple cities in the United States and worldwide. He is passionate about the capital C church continuing to thrive. He is grateful to have been able to save churches tens of millions of dollars over the course of his 15 year real estate career and grow its generational wealth for years to come. He has an extensive network, advisory team and access to real estate relationships that will help the church innovate and take new ground in this next season.
